Had to pop the right SI into place this morning, but got it in with the yoga block and ran 10 with Scott and Mike.  Great morning for a run.  So good to be able to run all week. :)

Are you still planning on going to Boston?

I'm planning on going and running. I have no expectations on how fast it will be, but 4-5 weeks of training after a couple of months of not running should be enough to not make it too painful of an experience, hopefully.

Nice progress this week, Dan!

It's great that you are feeling betterish. We had gone too long without one of your Army tank stories. Here's to your continued recovery!

thanks guys. Hope things start working with your hammy soon Matt.

Scott, it was good to run in the same general direction as you again. :)
