Ran the Speedy Spaniard 10k this morning.  This is a fun race in Spanish Fork, has a couple nice climbs but mostly downhill.  Don't remember the last time a 10k actually came up as a 10k on my watch.  This one came up as 6.1.  So compared to my January race I finished 1 second faster but raced .13 farther.  Average pace today was 5:53.

Splits were 6:03    162 bpm

5:37      178 bpm

5:41       181 bpm -   max heart race says 204

5:50      179 bpm

6:01       181 bpm

6:06       182 bpm

.1    :35       184 bpm

Felt really good this morning.  Hips, legs and back held together through the race.
