Ran the Hale Freezes Over 10k.  Right leg has been giving me non stop issues for months and hampered training. Was able to come close to my last 10k time on this course but a little slower.  It was fun to run with Matt, Scott and Mike.  Thanks for the bonus tickets Scott!!
