Met the morning crew for a "recovery" run which ended up being 10.5 at a 7:02 pace.  A little faster than I would have liked this morning trying to take it easy on the quads, now the other one is starting to act up.  Lots of large knots in the quads that don't want to go away.

I don't know if I would consider that quite the recovery pace!

Nice 'recovery'. haha. Maybe you need to run with me again to get some recovery. :)

Well, at least it didn't turn into a race for a mile or two which these runs have had a tendency to do recently. I need to take you up on that offer Scott. Still would like to hit the trails on suncrest with you.

I'll do it just about any day. In fact I was up there today :)
