8 miles on elliptical in 60 minutes, 1 mile around track in the am. Did mostly elliptical this morning to try to give the TFL's a break, though it tightened up the left glute. Both TFL, very sore yesterday, and some today, iced left glute, very tight during elliptical right hip flexor getting tight again PM 6 mile trail run on the BST in Orem. It is hot outside. Trails were mostly awesome. A few muddy/snowy spots. Left hip fell out while running, stopped at park and used some guys running board to put my hip back in. Glute immediately tightened up when it went out.
